AlphaSights is the global leader in knowledge on-demand. They connect investment and business leaders with a dynamic network of industry professionals whose unique perspectives help their clients make superior investment and business decisions.

I led a multidisciplinary team in developing a full strategic rebrand of the company, including a new positioning, visual identity, TOV, website, animation styles, and overseeing a roll-out of over 5000+ assets across 9 offices globally – the first major overhaul of the brand since 2008. Key data included:

300+ new hires made worldwide

Helped business achieve 41% turnover increase

30% increase of website traffic in first 3 months

11k new social media followers

153 new YouTube subs, 20k views, 476 likes

Glassdoor rating increase from 3.1 to 4.0

Won 3 Design Awards (nominated for 6), incl. ‘Best Brand to Work For’
